We offer the following services:

Residential HVAC installation and service (mini splits, central AC, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductwork)

Commercial HVAC

Commercial refrigeration

3. User Responsibilities

‍

To ensure efficient service, customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about their equipment and the issue.

Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the equipment requiring service.

Respond promptly to communication from Liberty HVAC.

4. Payment Terms

‍

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Zelle, Venmo, and checks. Financing may be available; ask for details.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.

Service and diagnostic calls carry a fee that varies by area and urgency, typically $150 to $450. The fee is stated when you book. Estimates for new installations are free.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

‍

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

6. Liability Disclaimer

‍

Liberty HVAC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to our services.

Misuse or improper operation of the equipment after service.

Incidental damages resulting from delays or unforeseeable circumstances.

7. Warranty

‍

Workmanship warranty up to 5 years. Manufacturer equipment warranty up to 12 years when installed by Liberty HVAC. Warranty details and terms for your job will be provided in writing with your quote.

8. Dispute Resolution
