Liberty HVAC installs and replaces gas furnaces and matched furnace + AC systems so you get dependable heat in winter and steady cooling in summer.

What is a furnace + AC combo?

A gas furnace heats air and pushes it through your ductwork. A central AC (outdoor condenser plus an indoor coil on top of the furnace) uses the same blower and ducts to cool your home. When the furnace, coil and condenser are matched, the system runs more efficiently, more quietly and more reliably than mismatched parts.

You can also pair a gas furnace with a heat pump instead of a standard AC. This is a "dual-fuel" setup: the heat pump heats on mild days and the furnace takes over in deep cold.

FAQ

Should I replace my furnace and AC together? If both are near the end of their life, replacing them together usually makes sense. If one is in good shape, we can replace just the other.

Can I add central AC to my existing furnace? Often, yes. If your ducts and furnace blower are suitable, we can add a coil and outdoor condenser.

Furnace + AC or a heat pump? It depends on your home, ducts and fuel preferences. We'll compare both options, including a dual-fuel setup, during the estimate.

What size system do I need? We size the system to your home during the free estimate. Bigger is not better: an oversized system wastes energy and feels less comfortable.
